the button is not working "add new destination URL"

I am using 5 websites , and I want one main website should sync posts on all 4 sites
but the button is not working "add new destination URL"
Please help me

What version of the Sync Posts Between Sites plugin are you using?
Is it installed on WordPress multisite?

Please note that:

Free Trial version of this plugin is limited to 1 Destination Site.
Both Full and Free Trial version do not work on WordPress multisite.
