Plugin will not give me access

I just purchased the Buddypress analytics plugin and installed it. But every time I click the "Go to Analytics" link I get an error, "Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page." I am a super-admin so this doesn't make sense. Help! Is there somewhere else where I can access the data?

BuddyPress Analytics version that you use is the premium one and you can post a support ticket on our website.

I've tried submitting a support ticket and it doesn't work. It requires that I log in. So I log in, click "support ticket" and it asks me to log in again. Endless loop.
